Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Staffing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates across diverse industries and roles.

This includes collaborating with the talent acquisition team to effectively match top talent with clients needing assistance in their team. The Specialist will also be responsible for managing initial candidate processing, verifying references, and sending offer letters to ensure that only top-quality applicants are hired.

In addition, the Specialist will update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with the most up-to-date information regarding candidates, their stage, onboarding statuses, and talent pipelines, including updates for account managers and other key stakeholders.

The role requires strong calendar management skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills. The successful candidate will have experience hiring virtual assistants or working with a staffing agency offering virtual assistant services, as well as experience sourcing through social media and using data to validate hiring efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience hiring virtual assistants or working with a staffing agency offering virtual assistant services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Human Operations Management, Organizational Development, Communication, English, or similar.
  • Proven solid experience in talent sourcing and hiring; recruitment marketing is a plus.
  • Full-cycle recruiter experience and sourcing high-quality candidates required.
  • Experience sourcing through social media (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram etc.).
  • Experience working with at least one applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Using data to validate hiring efforts.
  • Experience working with online meeting platform skills (Google Meet, Zoom, or Skype).
