Project Sourcing Expert

">Role Summary:

As a seasoned expert in project sourcing, you will be responsible for conducting thorough research and utilizing cost-effective strategies to attract highly qualified candidates.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing successful recruitment plans that cater to the needs of various projects
  • Creating and maintaining a vast network of potential candidates and industry professionals
  • Conducting initial screenings through resume review and phone interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Designing and managing efficient tracking systems for all candidates and internal databases
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify future talent needs and proactively source top-notch professionals
  • Utilizing diverse channels, online platforms, and social media to source and connect with potential candidates; manage job boards and postings
  • Providing real-time analytics on sourcing metrics to inform strategic decision-making
">Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a sourcing specialist or a similar role is highly preferred
  • Extensive expertise in leveraging various channels, social networks, online portals, and resume databases to find ideal candidates
  • Hands-on experience with talent acquisition tools, applications, and systems
  • Familiarity with creating sourcing plans and implementing strategies to enhance candidate search
  • Knowledge of HR databases, ATS, and CMS
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Background in healthcare/medical field (Preferred but not required)
  • Experience with multiple selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.) (Preferred but not required)
