Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with our Engineering Managers and Hiring Managers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing talent requirements, shepherding resources effectively, and keeping business partners informed.

The successful candidate will have experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, good understanding of the process, and ability to interact with cross-functional teams. They will also possess excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with Engineering Managers and Hiring Managers to assess talent requirements
  • Shepherding resources effectively and keeping business partners informed
  • Executing the recruitment process, including identifying business needs, interviewing candidates, and presenting them to the team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
