Executive Assistant

Are you a skilled and organized professional seeking a role that combines administrative support with accounting expertise? As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing business listings, communicating with clients, drafting correspondence, and providing executive support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage business listings across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence to ensure flawless grammar and tone.
  • Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling appointments and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Process invoices, manage vendor relationships, and schedule payments.
  • Oversee accounts receivable processes, including billing, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and perform bookkeeping tasks as needed.
  • Compile reports, maintain documentation, and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
  • Prior experience in an accounting firm is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or business listing platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
