Logistics Execution Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Execution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating same-day deliveries across the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery Operations: Dispatch deliveries in assigned markets, creating efficient routes based on driver schedules, customer needs, and service level due times.
  • CXT System Mastery: Develop expertise in the CXT dispatch system to optimize delivery operations.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate directly with customers via phone and email to resolve issues promptly, maintaining a calm and professional tone.
  • System Proficiency: Master Dialpad and Zendesk, our telephone and ticketing systems, to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Driver Feedback: Provide direct and efficient communication and immediate feedback to drivers.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve on-time delivery metrics of 90%+ for all markets assigned.
  • Market Knowledge: Learn your market(s) to ensure comprehensive knowledge of clients, drivers, and specific needs.
  • Flexibility: Be available to work assigned shifts with flexibility to work through shift changes as needed, including weekends and holidays.

  • Logistics Passion: Passion for logistics and execution of rigorous business practices.
  • Google Office Suite Familiarity: Familiarity with Google Office Suite is required.
  • Remote Work: Ability to work in a remote environment is necessary.
