Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lease Administrator to join our team.

About the Role
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lease and sublease agreements, including any amendments or terminations.
  • Extract critical data from Real Estate Lease documents and input it into client databases, adhering to established protocols and standards.
  • Conduct quality reviews of lease data abstraction to ensure accuracy and completeness, escalating any discrepancies for further review.
  • Ensure timely and accurate formatting of reporting outputs as requested by clients.
  • Lease Abstraction: Extract all contracts falling within our scope, coordinate the abstraction of new leases, subleases, and amendments based on our established template, and upload documents to client systems, including quality review checklists.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry with a clear understanding of commercial lease terms
  • Proven experience in financial management, including handling invoices, billing, and payments
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills; ability to engage effectively in a matrix organization – up, down, and laterally
  • Critical and analytical thinking skills essential for success
