Job Title:

Commercial Lease Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Commercial Lease Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for all aspects of commercial lease administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract critical data from commercial lease documents and input into client-specific databases, ensuring data aligns with established standards.
  • Maintain the database by updating records when leases or subleases are amended, new locations are added, leases expire or are terminated, or properties are bought or sold.
  • Perform quality reviews of lease data abstraction to ensure accuracy, escalating issues for further review until complete data sets meet data standards.
  • Ensure correct formatting and accuracy of reporting outputs as requested by clients.
  • Coordinate the abstraction of new leases, subleases, and amendments based on current templates, including quality review and uploading documents to the client system.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree required.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Real Estate industry with a clear understanding of commercial lease terms.
  3. Ability to engage effectively within a matrix organization environment.
  4. Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  5. Critical and analytical thinking skills are essential.
