Job Description:

Purpose and Scope

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of recruitment strategies, driving continuous improvement, and enhancing the employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain efficient and compliant talent acquisition processes, workflows, and documentation to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other talent acquisition-related technologies to maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within our talent acquisition systems by implementing robust data management practices.

Recruitment Optimization

  • Develop and deliver training resources to hiring managers and the talent acquisition team on best practices in interviewing, candidate assessment, and recruitment processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Create and maintain interview guides, scorecards, and other relevant tools to support informed decision-making.
  • Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends, technologies, and legal requirements, and share knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track and report on recruitment expenses, identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements, and generate regular reports on recruitment activity, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire, and other relevant metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Pre-Hire Onboarding Success

  • Collaborate with talent acquisition and clients or internal hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive pre-hire onboarding experience for new employees by streamlining processes and improving communication.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, technologies, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, track ROI, and drive business growth through effective talent acquisition strategies.
