We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to leverage their expertise in recruitment and contribute to the growth of our organization.

  • You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, including identifying and engaging top candidates, conducting initial screening interviews, and assessing candidate fit for roles.
  • You will build a strong talent pipeline by collaborating with hiring managers and ensuring that candidates align with company requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local job market trends and conditions, including salary benchmarks, and excellent English skills. They should also possess 3+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment.
