Lead Talent Acquisition and Operations

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our talent acquisition and operations efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management, with expertise in performance management, talent acquisition, review/succession planning, promotions, engagement, compensation planning, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Director of Customer Experience to align People & Places with Voice Platform Operations and support business priorities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive talent acquisition for voice platform agents and team leads, overseeing employer branding, assessment, and onboarding.
  • Design and implement system improvements using automation and AI to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Build a culture of care, accountability, and high performance across the People & Places team.
Year 1 Deliverables:
  • Serve as the process expert for employee relations workflows, automating labor-intensive tasks such as Notices to Explain, terminations, and attendance issue tracking.
  • Drive efficiency in high-volume recruiting for voice platform agents and team leads using technology, data, and strategy.
  • Increase the efficiency and impact of the engagement budget, ensuring activities drive retention, morale, and performance outcomes.
  • Partner with Operations leadership to review and update the Code of Conduct, shaping it into a practical tool.
  • Collaborate with Training to redesign the onboarding journey, reducing unnecessary effort and spend while improving new hire success.

  • Strong background in talent management.
  • Expertise in performance management, talent acquisition, review/succession planning, promotions, engagement, compensation planning, and employee development.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Strong partnership and collaboration skills.
