Marketing Talent Attraction Lead

As a key member of our dynamic team, you'll be part of driving business growth through effective talent attraction and sourcing. Working remotely in a fast-paced environment, you'll lead North American talent attraction functions and teams, ensuring alignment with the USA/Canada workforce.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive talent attraction strategies to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with vendor partners and internal teams to manage sourcing budgets and optimize applicant flow.
- Evaluate marketing programs using data-driven insights to maximize return on investment.
- Project manage collateral creation, supervise, coach, and develop talent acquisition marketing staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels.
- Creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative talent attraction ideas.
- Strong leadership abilities to manage remote teams and collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in budget management, advanced Excel, and consultative collaboration.
