Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to fill critical vacancies in the energy and industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your expertise in Boolean search to source high-quality candidates.
  • Utilize a range of digital channels to support your talent searches, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Continuously explore new and innovative ways to engage and attract key talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive hiring process.
  • Develop and implement strategies to build and nurture strategic talent pools, driving business results through effective recruitment practices.
  • Provide market insights and analysis to stakeholders, informing business decisions and driving growth.
Requirements
  • Proven years of experience in recruitment research, lead generation, and talent pooling, gained from either an RPO, internal, or executive search firm.
  • Expert-level skills in active and passive candidate sourcing, utilizing multiple sourcing channels and approaches.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A strong background in energy/industrial/engineering and construction recruitment experience, preferably within the US market.
