**Job Summary:**

Cognizant seeks a seasoned Global Sales Compensation Analyst to manage sales compensation systems and provide expert-level support to our global business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage sales compensation administration, including issue triage and resolution.
  • Ensure accurate data matching between Callidus and Workday through participant audits.
  • Participate in UAT to validate system configurations based on sales credit rules.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in sales participant data and payout calculations.
  • Provide technical assistance for internal workflow applications and sales tools.
  • Respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues.
  • Submit quarterly attainment reports to payroll.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Finance, or Economics.
  • Up to 2 years' experience in sales compensation administration, with expertise in comp tools.
  • CRM tool experience and case management skills.
  • Previous experience in payroll helpdesk, Comp & Benefits department, or Finance & Accounting, HR Shared Services with Comp & Benefit background.
  • Availability for 24/7 shifts and on-call rotation.
  • Will to work onsite at Giga Tower, Quezon City.
