Job Description:

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of employee payments. This includes processing regular payrolls, preparing payroll reports, and distributing payslips to employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll data within prescribed timelines, including 15th and 30th day payouts every month.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to the Finance Department for approval.
  • Ensure accurate distribution of employee payslips in both printed and electronic formats.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries from the Finance Department and employees.
Bonus and Incentive Management:
  • Collaborate with the Finance Department to compute 13th month pay and bonuses for all employees.
  • Prepare annual 13th month payment summaries as required by regulatory bodies.
Final Pay Computation:
  • Calculate final pay for separated employees, considering factors such as unpaid attendance, prorated 13th month pay, tax refunds, unused sick leave conversions, and other approved payables.
Reporting and Compliance:
  • Prepare the annual BIR alphalist in coordination with the Finance Department.
  • Submit the yearly BIR Alphalist to the relevant authorities.
  • Distribute employees' BIR Form 2316.
  • Release separated employees' 2316 together with their final pay.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience in a related field.
  • Willingness to be assigned in a suitable location.
