RCL REGIONAL OPERATING HEADQUARTERS is seeking a Data Analyst to join its Contact Center Analytics & Solutions team.

This role involves delivering impactful insights into key business decisions and supporting projects/building tools that empower end-users to work efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical capabilities, a passion for problem-solving, and strong communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct analysis using internal analytics tools to drive valuable business insights.
  2. Build intuitive presentations, interfaces, infographics, and data visualizations to tell stories with data.
  3. Analyze user behavior to identify patterns and uncover opportunities.
  4. Develop new metrics and analytical approaches to measure performance.
  5. Lead projects from start to finish, defining business needs, developing strategies, and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or an MS in Business Analytics.
  • 2+ years of experience with programming languages such as R, Python, SAS, or similar scripting languages.
  • Experience with predictive and forecasting techniques, including time-series analysis and machine learning model development.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficient ability to read/write complex SQL queries.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and strong storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
