Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement coaching plans to enhance team performance.
- Mentor team members to achieve individual and team goals.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
- Collaborate with operations managers to develop and implement process improvements.
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex customer issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a call center or BPO industry.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
