- Customer Engagement: Establish strong rapport with customers, engaging them in meaningful conversations to address their technical concerns and needs.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to diagnose complex technical issues, implementing effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to customers.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sharing valuable insights and best practices across the team to promote continuous improvement.
