Account Manager Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our APAC Retail Sales team in Manila. As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with merchants across the region to understand their objectives and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted account manager, understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions that add value
  • Build rapport, actively listen, and focus on upselling to maximise account growth
  • Guide customers through their upgrade journey from basic to advanced platforms
  • Demonstrate software solutions, including core POS products, modules, and upgrades
  • Drive reactive upsell opportunities from inbound sales to meet targets

What You Need To Bring:

  • Knowledge of solution-based, consultative sales in a SaaS environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and other tools to manage and organise pipeline
