Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Agent.

This is a client-submitted opportunity, allowing you to work remotely and be considered for matching with U.S.-based clients.


Job Description

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through proactive outreach. This includes making cold calls, sending emails, and texting prospects using provided scripts, setting appointments, and nurturing past leads via CRM management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to qualify leads and schedule appointments
  • Prospect daily via calls/emails/texts using real estate platforms (Zillow, RedFin, etc.)
  • Convert social media inquiries into appointments
  • Update and maintain CRM records with lead statuses/notes
  • Nurture past leads through follow-ups and query resolution

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident phone presence
  • Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle objections
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails daily
  • Detail-oriented and organized, especially in maintaining accurate lead notes and statuses
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
