Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in consultative and solution-based sales strategies to join our team as a Sales Growth Executive.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to actively listen, and persuasively communicate with potential clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Exceed assigned sales targets by proactively engaging with cold leads, qualifying potential prospects, and guiding customers through the sales process to closure.
- Cultivate and convert identified leads into successful sales opportunities, maintaining ongoing contact through phone and email within a fast-paced environment.
- Skillfully address objections and concerns raised by prospects and customers.
- Manage the sales funnel and nurture leads from initial contact to successful closure.
- Strategize and execute sales activities that align with the organization's growth objectives.
The successful candidate will engage with cold leads and prospective clients, conveying information about our services in a personable and authentic manner. This role is tailored for experienced sales professionals with a background in consultative and solution-based sales strategies.
Requirements:- A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in B2B outbound sales, encompassing the end-to-end sales process.
- At least 3 years of account management experience and/or a history of client-focused solutions selling.
- Demonstrated ability to actively listen and persuasively communicate.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective presentations and the capacity to influence decision makers at all organizational levels.
