Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team in a remote administrative support capacity.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing emails, calendars, and CRM systems.
  • Assisting in document preparation and organization related to real estate transactions.
  • Collaborating with the Transaction Coordinator, running reports (e.g., CMAs), and handling transaction-related duties as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transaction information.
  • Overseeing and maintaining client data in the CRM, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Regularly updating information for both prospects and existing clients.
  • Tracking and updating client birthdays and house anniversaries.
  • Segmenting client data to send targeted email marketing to the appropriate audience.
  • Working closely with team members to support administrative needs, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.

Key Requirements

  • Experience working in real estate support or a fast-paced admin role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRMs, spreadsheets, and cloud-based tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
