We seek an ambitious professional to join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact. In this role, you will assume wide-ranging responsibilities, including administrative tasks, property research, database management, lead generation, and outbound sales calls.

Position Overview:

This role involves creating listing and transaction documents, uploading listings to real estate boards, managing client databases, tracking lead generation, and handling all administrative tasks. You will also support email marketing efforts, monitor project deadlines, conduct market research, handle invoicing, and assist with virtual events.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Create accurate listing and transaction documents and provide timely support for uploading listings.
  • Oversee seller and buyer systems, maintain client databases, track lead generation, manage lead follow-ups, and handle all administrative tasks.
  • Support email marketing efforts by managing lists and campaigns.
  • Monitor and maintain records of essential project deadlines, including leases, lease renewals, termination letters, expirations, and possession dates.
  • Conduct in-depth research on real estate market trends, property valuations, and comparable properties.
  • Handle invoicing and related financial tasks.
  • Assist with planning and executing virtual events, including registrations and logistics on online platforms.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders through various channels.
  • Support social media management, content creation, and online marketing initiatives.
  • Streamline workflows and enhance internal processes using remote collaboration tools and software.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and cloud-based systems for efficient information management.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Management or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in Real Estate admin working with North American professionals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, CRM systems, and project management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and numerical skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently, thrive in a collaborative environment, and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
