Job Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support:
  • We manage calendars, schedules, and appointments to ensure seamless coordination.
  • You will organize and prepare real estate documents, contracts, and agreements with precision.
  • Your primary task will be handling email correspondence and phone inquiries with professionalism.
    • Client and Lead Management:
    • You will update and maintain CRM databases with client and lead information for efficient tracking.
    • Following up with leads and providing exceptional client support is crucial for success.
    • Send reminders and updates to clients regarding showings, property details, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
      • Marketing and Social Media:
      • Create, edit, and post property listings on real estate platforms to attract potential buyers.
      • You will design and send email marketing campaigns to promote properties and engage with clients.
      • Manage social media accounts and post engaging content to promote properties and enhance brand awareness.
        • Transaction Coordination:
        • Track deadlines for contracts and ensure all parties meet required timelines.
        • Communicate with title companies, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals involved in transactions.
          • Market Research:
          • Conduct research on property values, market trends, and neighborhood information to make informed decisions.
          • Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to support real estate decisions.
        Qualifications:
        • Prior experience as a virtual assistant, preferably in real estate, is highly valued.
        • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems is essential.
        • Familiarity with real estate platforms like Zillow, MLS, and Realtor.com is a plus.
        • Strong organizational and multitasking skills are necessary for this role.
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
        • Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
        • Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is an asset.
        • A minimum of 100mbps internet speed is required for efficient communication.
