Job Title:

Legal Assistant - Real Estate Specialist

We are seeking a diligent Legal Assistant to provide administrative support in real estate titling, tax declaration processes, and document management.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of establishing, organizing, and maintaining comprehensive physical and digital legal files, documentation, and case studies. This includes precise labeling, systematic filing, and secure safekeeping of all records with rigorous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meticulous Document & Record Management: Establish, organize, and maintain comprehensive physical and digital legal files, documentation, and case studies.
  • Compliance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor company compliance and prepare accurate and well-organized reports for submission.
  • Real Estate Titling & Tax Declaration Support: Provide support in real estate titling and tax declaration processes, including document preparation and monitoring.
  • Administrative Legal Support: Offer comprehensive administrative assistance to the legal department and management, enhancing office efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's/College Degree in Law, Political Science, Property Development/Real Estate Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of proven working experience in a legal support role, with emphasis on documentation, real estate titling, and tax declaration processes.
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Possess a highly systematic, meticulous, and detail-oriented approach to record-keeping and file management.
  • Real Estate Titling & Tax Declaration Knowledge: Solid understanding and practical experience in real estate titling and tax declaration processes.
