
Operations Coordinator

This role is for an experienced professional to manage all client communications, coordinate between teams, and handle administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction or trades industry administrative processes, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing client communications with timely responses and proactive follow-ups
- Coordinating between office, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication channels
- Handling comprehensive administrative tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining organized job documentation
- Overseeing compliance management, including build pass, WHS documentation, and ensuring all job documents are properly maintained
The successful candidate will be able to work independently while maintaining regular communication with business owners. This is a full-time remote position with opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with construction or trades industry administrative processes
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero experience preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with compliance documentation and understanding of WHS requirements in construction
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proactive mindset with ability to identify process improvement opportunities
- Experience with data entry, invoice processing, and financial administration
