Technical Operations & Network Support

  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot core telecom infrastructure, including switching, transmission, and IP-based platforms.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure high service availability.
  • Support implementation of system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, ISO requirements, and network security protocols.

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Act as the primary liaison and executive assistant to the Head of Technical Operations Engineering.
  • Oversee pre-work checks and ensure submission of all required documentation before project execution.
  • Prepare, review, and submit pre-bid documents, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate preparation and distribution of marketing materials for bids and proposals.
  • Prepare and submit regular technical and operational reports to clients.
  • Manage SAP entries for procurement, project tracking, and resource allocation.
  • Support ISO documentation, audits, and compliance reporting.
  • Coordinate ISP-related activities (Internet Service Provider setups, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination).

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, procurement, and project management teams for bid preparation and project execution.
  • Serve as a point of contact for both internal teams and external clients regarding technical and operational matters.
