
Revenue Growth Specialist

The role of the Revenue Growth Specialist plays a pivotal part in driving revenue expansion by meticulously analyzing trade spend efficiency, developing and implementing revenue performance dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize profit margins through efficient Trade Spend Management
- Develop actionable insights from Revenue Performance Dashboards to inform key business decisions
- Collaborate closely with Cross-functional Teams to align business objectives and drive revenue growth
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Revenue Management or Trade Analytics is essential
- Strong familiarity with Syndicated and POS Data (e.g. Nielsen, IRI) is required
- Knowledge of Trade Promotion or ERP Systems (e.g. SAP) is preferred
- Experience in Pricing or Promotional Investment Analysis is highly valued
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CPG industry is necessary
- Ability to monitor and track KPIs effectively
- Market research analysis skills are essential
- Detailed knowledge of demographics is required
- Proficiency in Excel, particularly advanced Excel and analytical modeling skills
- Power BI proficiency is an asset
- Strong understanding of pricing and trade terms is crucial
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are necessary
