Job Title: Revenue Growth Specialist

The role of the Revenue Growth Specialist plays a pivotal part in driving revenue expansion by meticulously analyzing trade spend efficiency, developing and implementing revenue performance dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Revenue Management or Trade Analytics is essential
  • Strong familiarity with Syndicated and POS Data (e.g. Nielsen, IRI) is required
  • Knowledge of Trade Promotion or ERP Systems (e.g. SAP) is preferred
  • Experience in Pricing or Promotional Investment Analysis is highly valued
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CPG industry is necessary
  • Ability to monitor and track KPIs effectively
  • Market research analysis skills are essential
  • Detailed knowledge of demographics is required
  • Proficiency in Excel, particularly advanced Excel and analytical modeling skills
  • Power BI proficiency is an asset
  • Strong understanding of pricing and trade terms is crucial
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential
