About the RoleYou will be responsible for leading Support Coach Teams, supporting their development, and delivering the foundational elements of the ANZ Plus customer proposition.
This role involves a mixture of people leadership responsibilities and Support Coach-aligned tasks.
- You will support the day-to-day professional development of Support Coaches.
- You will lead and provide SME guidance to Support Coaches for complex or escalated issues.
- You will support customers to digitally self-serve through the ANZ Plus App and adopt relevant features.
- You will manage EDB customer queries received through instant messaging via the ANZ Plus App.
No two days are the same in this role.
