Customer Experience Specialist Job

At IT Managers, Inc., we're looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst to spearhead the implementation of our Customer Data Platform (CDP). This individual will be instrumental in working closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop effective solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Mapping customer data sources and creating detailed documentation
- Creating and maintaining accurate customer journey maps
- Leveraging expertise in process design to deliver efficient solutions
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in Business Analysis, with a focus on CDP implementations
- In-depth knowledge of Customer Data Platforms and their integration capabilities
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (e.g. Tealium, Salesforce)
- Proficiency in process mapping and design
- Data integration and customer analytics expertise
- Attention to detail and excellent written/oral communication
- Agile methodology familiarity
This role falls within our Business Development, IT, and Project Management teams, supporting industries such as Information Services, Motor Vehicle Manufacturing, and Marketing Services.
