About the Job:
- We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team.
- Primary focus will be on identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospective clients to drive revenue growth.
- You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to onboarding and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Business Development:
- Develop and execute outreach strategies via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.
- Research target markets and identify potential clients.
- Qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- Conduct cold calls, warm calls, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM system for data accuracy and integrity.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales processes and best practices.
- Create and maintain sales documentation, including presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Customer Onboarding and Success:
- Onboard new customers and provide ongoing support.
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive adoption and retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to all leads via social media, phone, email, or text.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 or more years of proven experience in sales, business development, and/or sales operations.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM or other similar systems.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and methodologies.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in lead generation and outreach strategies.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite) and agility in learning new internal software and systems.
