Business Strategy Analyst Position

This role is focused on driving operational excellence projects, analyzing business impact and designing processes to support our operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage operational excellence projects through coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis for measuring project impact
  • Design and document process flow to support business operations
  • Analyze competitors' processes and recommend improvements for internal processes
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years experience in Project Management, preferably in the same industry
  • Strong track record of successful project management required
  • Logistics or route planning experience a plus
  • Outstanding critical thinking and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Python or other programming languages a plus
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
