We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide top-tier support to our team. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and adept at navigating both strategic and day-to-day administrative needs. Key responsibilities include providing high-level administrative support, managing complex calendars, booking travel arrangements, coordinating events, processing expenses, drafting correspondence, and providing regular updates on in-flight projects.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of operations and reflect professionalism and charisma in written communications. They will plan and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, manage logistics, ensure timely follow-up, handle confidential information with discretion, and manage special projects as assigned.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, Excel, and project management software, excellent communication skills, ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information, strong problem-solving skills, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
