Sales Development Representative

A skilled Sales Development Representative is needed to identify, qualify and schedule appointments with key clients.
Responsibilities- Conduct targeted outreach campaigns via phone, email and social media platforms.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies in the MSP sector.
- Promote our comprehensive IT services including managed services, cloud computing and cybersecurity solutions.
- Manage CRM data for accurate tracking of leads and activities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize messaging and workflows.
- Schedule discovery meetings for account executives.
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for calls, meetings booked and conversion rates.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience within an MSP or IT services provider.
- Proven success in setting meetings through cold outreach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with C-level and IT decision-makers.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Highly organized and goal-oriented individual.
- Knowledge of MSP solutions and services.
- Familiarity with lead intelligence tools.
- Long-term work-from-home arrangement available.
