Sales Development Representative Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative with a background in the construction industry to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Conduct thorough research on prospective clients within the construction industry to comprehend their needs and preferences.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings between leads and sales representatives to facilitate smooth business interactions.
- Nurture relationships with leads and guide them through the sales funnel by maintaining regular communication.
- Maintain accurate lead and pipeline data in CRM systems to inform strategic decisions.
- Craft effective scripts and messaging to communicate value propositions to clients.
- Analyze key sales metrics to optimize outreach strategies and improve results.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve company revenue targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an SDR, sales representative, or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with the construction industry and B2B sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong English language proficiency:
- Reading: Ability to analyze sales data and client profiles.
- Writing: Professional email and messaging skills.
- Speaking: Clear and confident sales pitches and client interactions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
