We are seeking an exceptional Third Party Vendor Manager to oversee and manage third-party vendors within the Consumer domain for our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards and operational excellence within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor relationships, driving performance improvement through effective communication and strategic planning
- Analyze data to identify areas of opportunity for process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive customer satisfaction
- Evaluate and optimize vendor contracts to ensure alignment with company goals
- Develop and implement strategies to address vendor performance issues
- Monitor vendor compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Identify opportunities for automation and digitization to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Travel 30-40% to meet with vendors and stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in vendor management or consumer operations
- Proven track record of improving vendor performance and reducing costs
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Familiarity with emerging trends and industry practices in the BPO sector
