Strategic Executive Assistant Role

This role at WHR Global Consulting involves acting as the primary liaison and strategic partner to the DGO and COO.

The Strategic Executive Assistant will represent the DGO in cross-departmental meetings and leadership discussions, monitor and drive the execution of initiatives across HR, Data, Chat, Lead, and Client Relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison and strategic partner to the DGO and COO.
  • Represent the DGO in cross-departmental meetings and leadership discussions.
  • Monitor and drive the execution of initiatives across various departments.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and lead process improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Lead multi-departmental projects from conception to completion.
  • Utilize project management tools to maintain accountability.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and progress tracking.
  • Draft high-quality executive communications, including memos, reports, and strategic updates.
  • Synthesize departmental updates into executive-ready summaries.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years in operations, executive support, or project management roles.
  • Proven experience in fast-paced and/or remote work environments.
  • Track record of coordinating cross-functional teams and translating strategy into results.
  • Background in Operations management, executive support, data reporting, or client services is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive-level polish.
  • Advanced skills in Asana, Google Workspace, Telegram, Zoom, and Notion.
