Job Title: Contract Learning Facilitator

We are seeking a highly organized Learning Coordinator to oversee learning programs for diverse groups.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Linguistic Support: Provide bilingual assistance for manufacturing training sessions, support participants.
  • Regional Management: Optimize session timings for APAC time zones, coordinate with vendors, manage participant services.
  • Quality Assurance and Backup: Document processes, offer cross-program support, ensure coverage during peak periods.
  • Service Excellence: Maintain a 24-hour response SLA, prepare regional reports, communicate with stakeholders.
