Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development professional to support our team.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle all incoming calls, dispatching calls to the right team members, taking accurate messages, and learning our structure.
- Business Support:Work closely with the Business Manager, managing prospects, following up on leads, preparing management agreements, and handling new client onboarding paperwork.
- Database Maintenance:Maintain our database of prospects, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
- Critical Thinking Skills: Solve problems independently.
- 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience: Provide exceptional service.
- 2+ Years of Sales or Business Development Experience: Lead management and client onboarding experience is beneficial.
- Pleasing Personality: Be positive and can-do-oriented.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Communicate clearly and professionally.
This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
