Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a driven professional to support our business growth as a Lead Generation Specialist. This role involves researching and building targeted lead lists, executing email marketing campaigns, and conducting outbound sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Targeted Lists: Utilize research and data analysis tools like Apollo to create and maintain targeted lead lists.
  2. Execute Email Campaigns: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients and drive business growth.
  3. Conduct Outbound Sales Calls: Qualify leads and set appointments through outbound sales calls, leveraging strong communication skills.
  4. Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaign effectiveness and maximize business results.
  5. Track and Report Metrics: Monitor and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and campaign performance to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in lead generation or sales is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and Excel for tracking leads and performance.
  • Excellent English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to develop lead lists through research and identify key target markets.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and speaking to potential clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to track multiple leads and projects.
