Job Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven business development specialist to help us connect with healthcare practices and other target industries. You'll be engaging decision-makers through direct messaging and cold calling, building rapport, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Making outbound cold calls to targeted healthcare practices, dental and orthodontic practices, hearing health and audiology, physical therapy and rehab clinics, and other healthcare-adjacent businesses.
  • Sending personalized direct messages via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to generate interest.
  • Qualifying prospects using our proven outreach framework.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are captured in our systems.
  • Maintaining accurate calls using powerdialer Kixie and messaging records, tracking metrics, and meeting weekly appointment goals.
  • Following scripts while also adapting to live conversations to handle objections and build trust.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • At least three years of experience in outbound appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation.
  • Proven success with cold calling and DM-based outreach.
  • Comfortable using tools like Kixie, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
  • A stable internet connection and professional work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the healthcare, medical, or B2B services sector.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance or medical office operations.
