Job Summary

The Employee Relations and Engagement Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive and productive work environment at Nabati Philippines. This position is responsible for managing the implementation of company policies and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction and motivation.
  • Manage the discipline management process, ensuring fair treatment and adherence to company policies.
  • Provide guidance on employment policies and procedures, resolving issues and addressing concerns.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure effective employee support and satisfaction.
  • Offer advice and counsel on human resources practices and employment laws to people managers and employees.
  • Contribute to the formulation and implementation of company policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct coaching and counseling sessions, facilitating town halls, focus group discussions, and new employee orientations.
  • Monitor the regularization process, ensuring necessary documents are served to employees.
  • Work with legal counsel and departments to negotiate with employee and labor groups.
  • Support the onboarding process and manage the exit process, extracting data for analysis.
