Job Description

At Jammas Inc, we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for Employee Relations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in human resources, with a focus on employee relations and engagement.

  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs in collaboration with the Immediate Head and/or concerned parties.
  • Manage grievance administration and employee discipline processing by ensuring compliance to due process.
  • Conduct employee exit interviews to gather feedback and insights for specific or general improvements of the Company.
  • Ensure DOLE compliance on labor standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
