Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement labor relations strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Lead or assist in negotiations of labor contracts, collective bargaining agreements, and other labor-related agreements.
  • Ensure the organization's policies and practices comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Investigate workplace complaints and recommend appropriate actions to address issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of labor relations activities, negotiations, and agreements.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Labor Relations role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in a multi-client environment.
  • Aptitude in data management, analytics, and reporting preparation.
