About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Practitioner to join our team in Employee Data Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the operational processing of employee data, providing back-office HR services to our clients, and the processing and maintenance of tools used in EDM end-to-end back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee information linkage and data submission status management
  • Creation of import files and handling of inquiries
  • Confirmation of organization information and registration status
  • Progress management and other inquiries
  • Fluency in Speaking, Writing, Listening, Reading in Japanese and English languages
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in English and Japanese languages
  • Amenable to work on a dayshift and in Quezon City (UP Ayala Technohub)
  • Fluency in Speaking, Writing, Listening, Reading in Japanese and English languages
  • Amenable to work in a 100% Return to Office Set up
