We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in the logistics and fleet industry.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism, addressing client inquiries and providing support.
  • CRM Management (HubSpot): Manage leads in HubSpot by updating statuses, tagging appropriately, and sending email campaigns or follow-ups based on client stage.
  • Email Follow-Ups: Draft and send timely, professional email responses to clients and leads.
  • Lead Coordination: Track and nurture leads through the pipeline, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
  • Research: Conduct research on vehicles, fleets, and industry-related information to support client needs and business operations.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide updates on lead activity, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.

This is a full-time role that requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and a customer-first attitude. If you have experience in customer service, sales coordination, or CRM management, we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
