Job Overview

As a Call Center Trainer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the skills of our team members and ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training sessions that cater to the diverse needs of our trainees.\
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions.\
• Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.\
• Maintain accurate records of trainee progress and performance metrics.\
• Provide coaching and feedback to ensure trainees meet quality standards.\
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our training offerings.\
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize our training processes.\
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on training objectives.\
• Continuously review and refine our training content to ensure it remains relevant and effective.\
• Participate in performance evaluations and contribute to the development of individual performance plans.\
• Coach and mentor less-experienced trainers to enhance their skills and knowledge.\
• Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to improve our training capabilities.\
• Develop and manage budgets for training-related initiatives and projects.\
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to drive business outcomes.\
• Other duties as assigned by management.\

Requirements

• \
• 5+ years of experience in training or leadership roles.\
• Proven track record of developing and delivering high-quality training programs.\
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.\
• Experience working with adult learners and adapting training approaches to different learning styles.\
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.\
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training software.\
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.\
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.\
• High level of energy and enthusiasm for training and development.\
• Ability to travel occasionally for training events and conferences.\
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.\
• Basic knowledge of website development and maintenance.\
• Familiarity with Zoom and other virtual meeting platforms.\
• Must be able to pass a background check.\
• Will have access to confidential information, therefore must sign a confidentiality agreement.\
