Part-time on-site call center agent responsible for outbound/inbound calls, data entry, and customer support in Batangas City.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

  • Make outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and sales.
  • Handle inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close leads/sales.
  • Perform data entry to update customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Respond to emails.
  • Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
  • Meet service level agreements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Customer orientation and adaptability to different personalities.
  • Intelligent and quick learner.
  • No BPO experience required.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
Compensation & Benefits

  • On-site work setup in Batangas City.
  • Graveyard shift, Monday to Friday.
