Job Description

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients through phone interactions. Your primary goal is to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns, guiding them through solutions, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

You will also collaborate with other departments to resolve complex problems and escalate issues when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications
