- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is necessary.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital.
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively is essential.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are required.
- Prior experience in customer service or call centers is an asset.
