Procurement Expertise

As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the procurement of global company products and services. Your key responsibilities will include processing purchase requisitions, obtaining vendor price quotes, negotiating pricing, creating analyses, and filing agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate agreements with preferred global suppliers, including supporting negotiation strategies and managing contract renewal terms and dates.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal customers and external vendors, providing sourcing and procurement guidance to internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze and report on supplier performance, including financial reporting on spend, cost savings, and cost avoidances.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of procurement experience with fluency in English and strong business knowledge.
  • Effective communication skills (oral, written, and presentation) and intermediate Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Prior experience working on professional services, consulting, marketing, technology, travel, and other types of procurement engagements is highly desirable.
